Why Create the Enrichment Center?
We continuously ask ourselves, "How can we enhance the happiness, calmness, contentment, and tiredness of our dogs?" While we've all heard the adage, "A tired pup is a happy pup," we believe it's important to extend that thought to, "A mentally and physically fulfilled pup is a happy pup." To truly make this a reality, we dedicated significant time to researching and learning about what could make our dogs happier.
Our journey began by exploring different approaches and methods that contribute to the well-being of animals. We examined which group of animals requires the highest level of happiness and concluded that wild animals are the answer. Recognizing that these animals thrive best when their needs are meticulously met, we turned to the experts who have made it their mission to understand and enhance animal happiness.
Who, then, has conducted the most research to ensure the well-being of wild animals? The AZA, or the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, stood out with its extensive research and application of best practices. By applying the extensive knowledge acquired in the field of zoology, we have adapted these insights for the companion animals that snuggle beside us on the couch.
This research has led us to new strategies and activities that cater to both the mental and physical needs of our dogs. We now have a deeper understanding of how to create an environment that stimulates their senses, engages their minds, and satisfies their instinctual behaviors. By committing to this ongoing learning process, we are better equipped to ensure that our beloved dogs lead enriched, happy lives.

For our Dog Daycare pups, we are excited to add
Enrichment onto their regular daycare routine. Not only
will they have the time to play with their usual two-legged
and four-legged friends, but they will additionally enjoy
dedicated time to engage their minds at the Enrichment Center.
Enrichment Daycare is available 7 days a week.
(Except for Holidays)
