During these cold, snowy days we all dream about the upcoming warm weather. We look forward to the trees starting to bud new leaves, the beautiful crocus and tulip flowers popping up to color the world again, and the warmth of the sun on our backs, when we leave our homes, after feeling like we have been hibernating throughout the cold winter months. Longing to jump in the car with the windows rolled down, cruising along on our way to anywhere or nowhere.
Until we hit that dreaded road construction, unfortunately not only does the warm weather bring us out of our homes but it also means the start of construction season. While we understand that after a hard winter our roads need repair, it sure does put a damper on our much needed wind in the hair, windows rolled down, music blaring mental catharsis.
While we are waiting for all the details to be released, we did want to let all of our extended Janry family know that their is road construction scheduled, that may effect some of you. Starting sometime this spring, we don’t have an exact date yet, part of Route 173 will be closed so that the DOT can replace the bridge crossing the Pohatcong creek.
Once we receive the details of the closure we will make sure that we pass the information about the closure along with detour routes that are convenient for your commute.
Please check back soon for updates as we learn more about the road closure and don’t forget to follow us on facebook.
