June 22nd Update:

Lobby Update: Our lobby is now open to the public. Masks are Mandatory to enter the lobby. There is a 2 customer limit in the lobby as per the governor of NJ.

If you do not have a mask please ring the assistance bell in the parking lot. Someone will ask you if you are dropping or picking up your dog. Then you will be able to proceed to the lobby. Someone will meet you outside the lobby door.

May 4th Update:

Lobby Update:  Our lobby is closed to the public.  The following protocol has been implemented to protect our customers and our staff per WHO, CDC and AVMA recommendations.

1. Ring the Personal Assistance Bell in the Driveway.
2. Let us know who you are dropping off and for which service.
3. Start to walk to the lobby where a staff member will meet you to collect your pet.

3. Walk down to the Lobby where a staff member will bring your dog out to you.

Masks are mandatory when dropping off and picking up pets.

Grooming:  We have been allowed by the NJ Attorney General to open our groom salon.  We will be rescheduling anyone whose groom was cancelled due to Covid 19 first, then we will be scheduling appointments normally.  If you would like to schedule an appointment for your pup please reach out to us by phone: 908-479-6132, E-mail: followup@janrypetresort.com or via the chat bubble on our website.

Lodging:  We are still accepting lodging reservations.  Drop-off and Pick-up are by appointment only.  When making your reservation please let us know what time you will be Dropping off and Picking up your pet.

Daycare:  Our Daycare is now open 7 Days of the week, by appointment, please call ahead to schedule your pup for Daycare. If you have an emergency and require immediate Daycare for your pup, please give us a call and we will help in any way we can. We will be accepting a limited number of Daycare Dogs per day.

Training: Cancelled at this time.

March 26th

We have put in an incredible amount of thought in regards to our part in fighting against the Covid 19 virus.  We have come to the decision that we will be temporarily adjusting our services for the next three weeks, until April 13th.

Grooming: Closed until April 13th

If you have a scheduled groom between March 23rd and April 12th we will be in contact to reschedule your appointment for after April 12th.

Lodging:  We have maintained staff to care for any pets that are currently in our care or who have upcoming reservations between March 23rd and April 12th.

If you are a first responder, Health Care Worker or anyone else, that the government deems, an essential employee or anyone who needs to board their pet because of an emergency situation please call or email us so that we may accommodate your pet.

For those customers who have a lodging reservation with us during the next 3 weeks, please let us know if your plans have changed, so that we may adjust your reservation.

Daycare:  We are only going to be accepting Daycare customers who are deemed Essential employees unless arrangements have been made.

Training: All training appointments are cancelled until April 13th.

Lobby:  Our lobby is closed to the public.  When you arrive to drop off or pick up your pet, please ring the personal assistant service bell in the driveway and a staff member will assist you from there.

Office:  Our office is currently closed, we will be answering phones between the hours of 8am till 11am and from 4pm until 7pm Monday through Friday and from 8am till 11am and 4pm till 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

 You may call outside those hours but will be asked to leave your name, number and a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We suggest to reach out to us through our pop up chat box on our website for the quickest response to your question.

We will be back to full operation as soon as possible.  If it is necessary to increase these times past April 13th we will be in contact with anyone effected by this increase. If we are able to resume normal business prior to April 13th we will also be in contact with everyone.
