Vaccination Requirements

The health and safety of each of our canine guests is very important. All boarding guests must have current vaccination records for the following:

Dogs:

• Rabies
• Distemper/Parvo Virus/Corona Virus
• Bordetella

Cats:

• Rabies
• Distemper

Your dog must be healthy, flea free, and have written certification from your veterinarian that is current on vaccinations before check in. If your pet requires an updated vaccination, please be sure to make arrangements prior to arrival. Titers will be accepted with proper documentation.

Checking In and Checking Out

Lodging

Monday - Saturday: 9 - 11 am, or 4 - 6 pm
Sunday: 9-11 am or 4-6 pm by Special Appointment Only (additional fee incurred)

Our offices are closed Sundays and holidays, however, you may check your pet in out by special appointment for an extra charge of $15. This fee is in addition to that day's lodging charge - regardless of the time of check in or check out.

We ask that you adhere to the times listed. Although staff may be on the property, like a hotel, if you do not come at the listed times, your suite may not be ready for checking in, and charges will be affected for checking out.

Please note: Pets picked up between 9 - 11 am Monday-Saturday are not charged for that day - Unless it is a holiday.

Daycare

Monday - Friday: 6 am- 7 pm
Saturday: 7 am- 6 pm
